We encourage you to wear cozy clothing, even fuzzy socks. Please bring any mats (yoga mat) blankets or pillows that will bring you the most comfort. We will be laying and/or sitting on the floor. Feel free to bring water and any meditation supplies you want as we elevate our minds such as, crystals, a journal, and etc!
