Open Haus 4 pm - 5:30 pm come play and see what Meraki Haus is about if you have ever been curious!

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Somatic Breathwork

session by @suzettesondag will film the whole guided experience. Breathwork can be beautifully intense emotionally, so please read about it with the link in bio under Somatic Breathwork to go to her site or visit her IG, see what it is about, and if it is for you. Waivers must be signed upon arrival.

7 pm - 8:30 pm Soundbath session

by @gildedrosespa Adriana is back again with her calming transformational bath of sounds.

It is a day that our Haus, Mavens, & Event Guests volunteer their time to give back to their community.

Donations are not required but are welcome!

About Meraki Haus

Every BODY is welcome in this Haus.Meraki Haus is an Adult Creative Collaboration Studio focused on pole, aerial, dance, fitness, creativity and harmony within mind, body, and soul. It is a uniquely guided physically inclined environment using different apparatuses, movements, and techniques to encourage expansion of your whole self at your own pace through a community with a variety of classes, open gym options, private lessons, group workshops and more; for playing, performing, competing, recovery, and connection.

We believe that your mind and soul are just as important as your body and strive for growth while maintaining internal and external alignment through synergistic harmony with mindful expansion and contraction.

CLASSES OFFERED AT MERAKI HAUS ⬇️

Pole 

A Solid Vertical Apparatus that can spin in place or be stationary with level specific classes.

Pole has a mixture of fitness, conditioning, dance, tricks, & combos for a fun workout.

Aerial

An apparatus (silks, lyra, sling) that is attached aerially that can swing and/or spin with level specific classes.

Aerial has mixture of fitness, conditioning, dance, tricks, & combos for a fun workout.

Dance

Dance involves specific choreographed movements, like a routine, that can use apparatuses, specific shoes or simplyhe no body &

Sensual dance classes are geared towards adults only.

Fitness

Fitness classes are geared to all levels (unless specified) & have a wide range of classes involving repetitive

movements for a specific or whole body work out with or without tools.

Soul

Classes/workshops geared towards a more spiritual direction through harmony, alignment, & synergy with movements, breath, & intention as the guide. Main focuses are mental clarity, body recovery, & soul connection.
