About the event
PLEASE BRING PILLOWS, BLANKETS, YOGA MAT/PADDING, TOWEL, APPROPRATE SWIMWEAR (OR ANY CLOTHING FOR THE ICE THERAPY) AND A EXTRA CHANGE OF CLOTHES FOR ICE BATH, A JOURNAL, AND ANYTHING ELSE TO MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE. WE WILL BE USING THESE ITEMS DURING THIS EVENT.
