Our private event services provide a range of options for groups, all in the comfort of your own location. Our services are designed to help you de-stress, improve mental clarity, or simply stay healthy. We cater to a variety of events, including birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, holidays, and more. Let us help you create a personalized and unforgettable experience for your next event.
WELLNESS RETREATS
We'd be privileged to feature one of our services at your wellness retreat, ensuring your guests enjoy an exceptional experience. Please share how we can contribute to crafting a memorable atmosphere for your attendees.
BOOKING POLICIES

Minimum Services: A minimum of 4 services is required for all private wellness events.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Deposit & Contract: A signed contract and a 30% deposit are required to secure your event. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Invoicing & Payment: An invoice will be sent to your email for payment collection. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled event. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the event date may result in the inability to provide services.

Date Reservation: Dates will not be held or reserved based on conversations alone. A signed contract and a 30% deposit are required to confirm your event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled event to avoid a cancellation fee.

All Sales Final: All sales are final and non-transferable to other events or services.

Arrival & Setup: Our team will arrive 30 minutes before the event to set up equipment. Please ensure the event space is prepared for us.

Equipment: For the safety of our equipment, we kindly ask that you refrain from touching it. In the event of any damage, the host is responsible for replacement costs.

Safe Work Environment: We will not provide services in any location or area deemed unsafe. We also reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or if unacceptable behavior is observed. In such cases, 100% of the service fee will be charged, with no refund.

Acts of God and Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for any service disruptions caused by acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other incidents beyond the control of the vendor.

Failure to Perform Services: In the rare event that we are unable to perform the services as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit and any payments made will be provided. We will not be liable for any additional costs or damages incurred.

Right to Refuse Service: Gilded Rose Spa reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Service Trade, Donations, Collaborations, and Volunteer Services

Service Trade: We do not accept trades of services in lieu of payment. All services must be settled using our accepted payment methods.

Donations: We value your interest in supporting our services through donations. However, donations alone do not fulfill the payment requirements. If only a donation is provided, we may be unable to proceed with the event. Each donation request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Collaborations: We welcome the opportunity to explore potential collaborations. These must be discussed and approved in advance to ensure they align with our service offerings and business policies. Each collaboration proposal will be evaluated individually.

Volunteer Services: We do not accept volunteer services as payment. Full payment is required for all events as outlined in our booking policy. Requests for volunteer services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
ADDITIONAL FEES

Travel Fee to Event Location
Travel inside Montgomery County area 25.00
1.00/per mile past Montgomery County
Waiting Fee: If guests are late to the agreed time and location of the event, a waiting fee of $25 per hour will be charged. If the wait exceeds 2 hours, we are obligated to leave, and the individual responsible for hosting the event will be liable for the full amount of the scheduled service, with no refund provided.
Hotel Accommodations within Texas: For early start times or complex service needs, hotel accommodations may be required. This includes one room with two double beds for the night prior to the event, within 15 miles of the event site, in a safe location. All travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client.
Parking Fee(s): Where parking, valet, or toll fee may be incurred, the client is responsible to pay for on the final bill.

A Holiday Service fee of 25% will be added to all services booked on a holiday weekend.
