Our bespoke personalized makeup trial, meticulously crafted to achieve your ideal look for the big day. Held at your preferred location, this 2-hour appointment ensures the ultimate convenience and comfort. We recommend scheduling trials for occasions like engagement pictures, bridal showers, or date nights. This allows you to wear your makeup look throughout the day and provide valuable feedback for any adjustments needed for the final look.

Hotel Accommodations within Texas: Depending on the start time and complexity of services needed, a hotel accommodation (1 room with 2 double beds for the night prior to the event) is required within 15 miles of site in a safe location for Gilded Rose Spa and employee(s) working the event. All costs for travel are to be paid by the client.
Parking Fee(s): Where parking, valet, or toll fee may be incurred, the client is responsible to pay for on the final bill.

Parties of seven or more will require an additional artist flat fee of 150.00

Stating Late Fee: Services such as touch ups, and/or makeup changes it will be an additional 50/an hour starting after the "be ready by time".

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
A Holiday Service fee of 25% will be added to all services booked on a holiday weekend.
Holidays Included:
(New Years Day, New Years Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving)
BOOKING POLICY

Bridal - Contract signed and submitted + 30% deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) required

Gilded Rose Spa does not hold dates + cannot reserve them based on past conversations alone, unless “Bridal Contract Form” has been submitted + 30% deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable).

Contract will contain a start time and end time signed and approved by client. Each makeup application requires a certain length of time, in order to be finished and is exceed time limit.

Gilded Rose Spa does not provide “partial makeup applications”, example: eyes only, face only, strip lashes only, etc. All are makeup applications are full face only, at full price.

At this time Gilded Rose Spa does not provide hair services. We are not licensed and trained to provide hair services. We have worked side-by-side with some incredibly skilled licensed hairstylist in the past that we can refer you to!
